​Ben Cuddon, Director​

Ben is a Surefoot Director. He studied Middle Eastern languages and history at university and lived for periods in Syria and Iran. While subsequently working as a History teacher he took part in a Carbon Conversations group which inspired an interest in climate change.

​In 2018 he set up the charity Climate Ed which teaches children about climate change.

​Climate friendly action in everyday life
"I use my bike wherever I can. And I've been quite committed about avoiding flying.
​I've had to fly for work occasionally, but I haven't taken a flight for leisure since 2008."
