People learned how to form a safe space for the group to operate in, some of the tools and techniques of group facilitation, and gained an insight into group dynamics; with support to plan a practice session; an opportunity to run that practice session and get feedback; and finally learn about and experience reflective process for continual improvement. Facilitation is a practice!

“For me, the training was very well built, with a good alternation of group times and theoretical contributions. I have better understood what is expected of the facilitators and I feel ready to organize conversations, even if I see all that I still need to improve in my ‘driving!’ I enjoyed the climate of calm and kindness during the training. It was good to learn and it is the climate that I want to propose in my future conversations. Thank you for all. It was a pleasure and a privilege to be part of this experience.”
